  • GreenLit is not a sportsbook, does not process wagers, and does not accept or distribute any real-money betting.

3. Important Disclaimer on Risk Grades

  • GreenLit uses labels such as "Green," "Yellow," and "Red" to indicate relative statistical risk, not outcome probabilities or betting recommendations.
  • These labels are non-deterministic and should not be interpreted as guarantees, endorsements, or predictions of success.
  • A "Green" grade simply reflects a lower comparative historical risk profile and is not a statement of likely or expected betting outcome.

4. No Gambling or Wagering Services

  • GreenLit does not facilitate, promote, or engage in real-money wagering.
  • Any action you take based on GreenLit's grading output is at your sole discretion and risk.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your betting activities comply with all applicable laws.

5. Account Registration and Security

  • Some features of the Service require account registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.
  • You agree to notify GreenLit immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.

6. Token-Based System and Payments

  • GreenLit may operate using a token-based system for accessing premium features (e.g., bet grading).
  • Tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not represent currency.
